Hello, we’re John and Joanne.
We live with our family on a small dairy farm on the border between North Yorkshire and Lancashire.
And we‘d love to share it with you.
With sweeping views of the valleys and hills of the surrounding countryside, the clearest night skies
and the freshest air you might have ever breathed, we offer an exceptional place to stay.
Get cosy in a well-equipped cedar-clad pod, with ensuite facilities or private bathroom.
Relax in your own private outdoor space with a fire bowl for cooking and gathering around.
You can even enjoy a private hot tub or mingle around the shared pizza oven.
The Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and Gisburn Forest are right on our doorstep.

Back in the day, we bottled our own milk on Boustagill Farm, so in a nod to nostalgia we group our pods
as ‘Gold Top’, ‘Silver Top’ and ‘Green Top’ – all stunning and each with its own special personality.

Caring for the environment .......
At Peaks and Pods we take our responsibility for the environment seriously and have measures in place to ensure that we make the minimum impact possible here on our beautiful site on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland. In April 2018 we were awarded Green Tourism’s top ‘Gold Award’ for our commitment to sustainability, and generate our own energy using a wind turbine and solar panels on the farm.
